"When you’re leading an active addict’s life, you postpone your hopes, your dreams, your relationships, because all of those things can wait. That bleeding future never arrived and it didn’t matter. What can’t wait is your need to feed the fiend inside you. The monster screaming, “Free me!” Your only wish is to nourish the beast within, and become complacent.
