Standing in the porch
he adds tsk tsk
to the ecosystem of the noise.
Birds hark. Birds change
their chriping. Birds fly
from the broad banana leaf
to the mango branch.

From here he is an unlit candle.
There flares a flame unseen.
There a wind unblows it off.
