God's Pace 

He doesn't waste time

His pace

is different to ours.

He is never slow.

He doesn't rush

but it is true,

we may tire of waiting.

He is never impatient

for He knows what He's doing.

He doesn't neglect

to do anything He's said He will

He only asks for us to trust

His perfect, exact, timing.

He is not slow

but still he does not hurry.

He arrives

precisely when He means to.

He arrives at the right, best, time.

He does wait for us

at times

but O how much better it is

if we are ready

when He arrives.
