Do NOT
Rush!
Do not rush!
The need is to
learn to go slowly, gently,
the whole
journey is worth careful attention,
don't try to
skip quickly to the end.
This message
came,
loud and clear,
an answer to,
"How O Lord?"
The spirit of
"rushing" needed to disappear.
Moving at a
balanced pace,
slowly, gently,
needing to
learn again
the speed of
grace.
In many places,
most of time
the spirit of
rushing has become
the spirit of
this age
where full
force ahead, fast and charging
is used
no matter the
occasion,
or the
situation.
The soft, quiet
voice is not heard,
only a noisy
annoyance,
destroying our
sense of peace,
of soft,
graceful, gentleness.
Taking on this
ugly spirit, hastily we try,
pushing others
to hurry up,
as balls of
bustle
we encourage
others to feel
the same
urgency that coats our air,
leading them
into a spirit of fear.
Our zooming
can become
trampling,
stampeding with
our orders,
with our
desires.
Do not rush!
The need is to
learn to go slowly, gently,
the whole
journey is worth careful attention,
don't try to
skip quickly to the end.
This message
came,
loud and clear,
an answer to,
"How O Lord?"
The spirit of
"rushing" needed to disappear.
