Jon Bennett writes

 The Tourist Board

“Do you have a bathroom?”
“Customers only!"
“Restroom?”
“No!"
It was the wrong question
what he needed to say was
“I give you a dollar
can I piss?”
2 liquor stores
a head shop, a Verizon store –
he was ready to explode!
He walked down the street
people were pissing in alleys
onto mail boxes
into mail slots
onto door knobs
“I wasn’t raised that way!”
Until he came to
Mitchell Brothers Strip Club
“Can you believe
$25 to get in here
just to use the bathroom!?”
he told his 3rd lap dancer
and his 4th.

It's a patent drawing for a lap dance liner. TL;DR- to keep your man juices from embarrassing you during a lap dance.

  1. Traditionally strippers danced on stage and were paid a wage. In the 1970s the Melody Theater in New York introduced audience participation. Adult film makers Jim and Artie Mitchell operated the O'Farrell Theatre, a San Francisco adult movie house to feature their films, but the invention of the videocassette recorder and the proliferation of video cassette rental stores reduced the demand for adult movie theaters. So the Mitchell brothers scouted customer-contact shows in sex clubs around the US and in 1977 opened 3 new rooms at their theater, each with a different format, including the New York Live, a cabaret-style strip act while most of the strippers who were not dancing sat naked on customers' laps for tips. This innovation was soon dubbed "lap dancing" and revolutionized the industry. The format depends on the laws of the jurisdiction and the club's policies. Typically the dancer has body contact with a seated patron. The dancer may be nude, topless, or scantily dressed, and may engage in non-penetrative sexual contact such as "grinding" her body against him. Lap dances can involve touching of the dancer by the patron, touching the patron by the dancer, neither, or both. The duration of a lap dance is measured by the length of the song being played by the club's DJ.
